The CEO and COO of Dirty 1st Management are Flatbush vets—born and raised in the heart of Flatbush, Brooklyn, known as “Little Caribbean.” Surrounded by Caribbean culture and the evolving sounds of music from the ’70s to today, they developed a deep, eclectic love for music that shapes our approach.
Dirty 1st Management is a family-rooted company built on loyalty, culture, and real artist development. We don’t just manage talent—we build with them. Our team supports personal growth, artistic mastery, and full creative ownership.
Our roster includes artists from multiple genres— Rock, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Latin, and beyond—alongside producers and visual artists specializing in traditional, digital, and tattoo work. We proudly represent talent across multiple U.S. states and throughout Central America, including Guatemala, Honduras, and Belize. No matter the medium or background, if the passion is real, Dirty 1st is home.
